Experience pike fishing in the Maine outdoors like never before: with a Master Maine Guide who’s an expert on the area’s geography, wildlife, and history.
You’ll learn new pike fishing skills while gaining an appreciation for the history and culture of the region. We’ll make the most of your time on this trip whether it is a full-day or a few hours.
Where and When
A pike population has become established over recent years in the Saint George River watershed. We’ll start and end our trip at Seven Tree Pond in Union, then go to the hidden fishing spots only known to locals.
Pike fishing is at it's best in early spring and fall, so our trips are best scheduled then. They can reach incredible sizes here in Maine of up to three feet long and over ten pounds.
Pike can be caught with spinning gear or by casting a fly. Either way the equipment that we need will be on board.
Early spring and fall in Maine can be chilly even on the seemingly nicest days, so we recommend planning on cooler weather gear for this particular fishing trip.
