Stripers this summer!

No it is not the old days but still the striper fishing this summer has been very good in the Saint George River. My only complaint and it is not really a complaint is with the numbers of very small fish. When I say small I mean 10 to 12 inch a fish that size still gives a good showing on light tackle but I have expectations. It is fun to have good saltwater fishing as an offering this summer! I wonder how long they will stay around last year it seemed like they left around the 3^rd week in August and I have fond memories of September and even October stripers. Let’s hope that they like it enough to stay longer this year.
