Funny how things come in groups. I have had very few Nature Exploration Canoe trips this summer but there are two almost back to back this week. Have not fished until dark all summer and am three evenings in a row this week, sometimes the stars must align.
There is video from almost every trip. Two evenings with a student at Maine Media College in Rockport who is working on a project for his course (and fishing) he is more ambitious than I am about shooting good video and actually jumped out of the boat and swam alongside while I fished. We had one smallmouth bass follow a lure to within about five feet of him in the water and take the lure. Can’t wait to see the results.
I also fastened my Go Pro to the thwart right in front of me in the canoe. I peeked last night when I got home and some of that is pretty interesting as well. I have some time tomorrow and hope to edit that for a short video on a Nature Exploration trip. Hope to post that soon.
