Everyone on a Maine Outdoors trip wants to see a moose and in fact over the years a few clients have seen one with me. Moose are not plentiful in this part of the state as they are on other areas. The moose population has been a topic of discussion for many years and recently the Maine Department Inland Fisheries and Wildlife has been using a new helicopter survey method. The Bangor Daily News recently ran a story on the new system and most importantly posted video of the adventure.
So if you have never seen a moose this is your chance even with me as your guide.
