OOPS!

First time in my career I managed to overlap two reservations. Had one family in my calendar for a full day fishing trip and then put another group for a learn to fly fish trip right over top of that in my calendar.  I guess that is a sign of being really busy or a hint about my coming birthday (60 tomorrow).

It has been an incredible summer season with only a few days off. All of that will begin to taper after this week as kids in other parts of the country return to school. Still pretty busy but there will be a few days off and time to actually enjoy the Maine autumn which is by the way here! The light has changed to that crystal September quality and if you look carefully there are a few red leaves here and there. We had a good rainstorm yesterday to break our long dry spell so the great fall fishing begins today!

My calendar overlap? Oh yes easily resolved with cooperative clients and me guiding on my birthday after having promised to take it off this year. Well there is always next year! Besides and can’t think of many things that I enjoy more!
