This morning the sun rose as far to the south as it travels each year. The solstice and the end of the year are just weeks away. The weather is as you would hope for December; cold with snow in the forecast. I am spending my time on the usual small business tasks for the end of the year and as part of that I have been catching up on the reviews from the last year. You can read them here. I have to say that it is humbling to realize how much folks enjoy the time we spend together and how important it is to their time in Maine.
We are all way too busy this time of year preparing for the holidays and the years end. Remember that experiences make the best gifts. Spend some time with someone you think is special and have an experience you will both remember. Hopefully it will help to slow down this frantic season and make it far more enjoyable.
