We got about a foot of fresh snow during the day yesterday. The forecast was for a few inches and that the snow would taper quickly as the storm pulled away. As it got light in the morning there was barely a fresh coating on the driveway. The morning progressed and the snow really started to come down and when we went for our walk in the afternoon there was about ten inches on the ground.
Just what we needed to return our snow cover to its clean fluffy best. The days are longer now than in the early winter; providing time before heading off for the day and in the evening to get out and enjoy it! Good time for a little snowshoeing this morning. Hope that you have some time to get out and see all of the critter tracks in the new snow as well.
