As I write this the temperature at 2 PM is 32 degrees with freezing rain and a strong easterly wind. Not what you would want or expect for an April 16 afternoon even in Maine. Patriots Day is today here in New England a regional holiday that is at times as confusing as the weather. The bank and state offices are closed but the mail is delivered.
