Memorial Day (and our wedding anniversary) are past, the summer season is now underway. So far
the weather has been more wet than not, the warm sunny days of summer are coming for sure. The freshwater fishing has been excellent all spring, and bass are on the spawning beds at the moment (details in this newsletter). Yesterday I got some really good news on our striper fishing. Needless to say it sure sounds like the saltwater options will be better this summer. I am looking forward to spending some time chasing after stripers on foggy mornings in the Saint George River! Speaking of foggy mornings on the river I have been doing some
eagle watching trips with amazing numbers of eagles spotted the highest number was twenty one and on yesterdays trip sixteen. Now is the time to see eagles in good numbers taking advantage of the alewife run.
Video is now part of this e-newsletter expect to see more as I learn to use the camera.
