We are in the middle of a cold wet stretch. Lots of drizzle with an easterly wind. Highs here at the office are about the same as the ocean water temperature (43 at the moment). We were all lulled by the conditions in mid April. But it will change for the better like it always does and soon enough the warm summer weather will be here to stay.
The next month is mostly filled with fishing trips on freshwater and at the end of the month saltwater. I have a few interesting trips in the calendar the first few are for the Adventure Travel Trade Association conference in early May. These will be trips that connect with our son Noah and his business Equinox Guiding Service. Always a fun connection. Another that will be hosting group of outdoor writers from Pennsylvania. I'm guessing that I will learn something new from both groups.
The calendar is looking about as full as it usually does in late spring and I am expecting another busy summer which means that the calendar is full about a month out with a limited number of days open six weeks in advance.
As reservations come in I enjoy reconnecting with clients from seasons past. I would love to hear from you.
Best regards,
