November is now the month of getting things done around the house for me. Replaced the side door in the garage and tiled the outside entrance to my office to name some of this falls efforts. I have spent a little time this November in meetings for a few stakeholder groups and planning efforts. From the right to do forestry to freshwater fish and bobcat management plans. Always interesting and never boring. Not to mention I learn a lot.
In between all of that I am thinking ahead to the coming season; looking forward to it really. I have been doing the usual small business calculations on pricing and it is clear that after five years my rates will need to go up next season. That change will go into effect in early January. In the meantime I am planning to honor the current pricing on any trips reserved between now and then of gift certificates for trips available in the
Holiday Gift Guide, Not often that I am able to offer an opportunity like this, only once every five years.
We have already had our first snow here with the usual temperature drop. The Lund went to the shop for its annual overhaul on Wednesday. That really marks the end of my 2021 season and the beginning of the next when it comes back and gets the winter cover on. Only a matter of time before it all starts again.
I am looking forward to seeing you all again next spring and summer. Come
write or call to make a reservation or
make one online here.
