Part of the week will be preparing for the party to celebrate 30 years of Maine Outdoors being in business. The folks invited have played a key role in that success. From those who drove shuttles on canoe trips 
many years ago or watched the dogs so we could go away; to long time clients (some over 25 years) and business or organizations that have used Maine Outdoors as part of their offerings. From the very big to the small like us.
It is pretty astounding to realize what it has meant to not only me and our family but the community. I ran the numbers this morning and the gross income over the years is roughly one million dollars. Most of that was spent back into the local community. Not too bad for a small operation in rural Maine!
No way we could have done it without the clients, vendors and others who helped make it a reality. Thank you all!
